Calculator inputs

Dates, times, and durations are processed in your browser. The calculator code does not transmit them to our server, store them in cookies or browser storage, or put them into page URLs. Copy and Print run only when you choose those actions.

Text, images, worksheets, and typing

Text, selected images, word lists, and typed practice passages are processed in your browser. Our tool code does not upload these inputs, save them to our servers, or add them to page URLs. Downloads, clipboard copying, and printing occur when you choose them. Reloading clears unsaved inputs.

Optional typing history

If you select the option to save typing results, the last ten scores are stored in localStorage on your device. Each record contains a timestamp, practice mode, duration, WPM, and accuracy; it does not contain the text you typed. These records are not sent to us. Use Clear saved results in the typing tool or clear this site’s browser data to delete them. The save option is off by default on each visit.

Hosting and request data

The website is designed for hosting on Cloudflare Pages. Loading a page sends standard request information, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time, to the hosting provider. Cloudflare may process this information to deliver and secure the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

This version does not load advertising or third-party analytics scripts and does not set calculator cookies. If advertising or analytics is introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before those services are enabled.
